Client Services Representative

Mobile Meals

Full-Time; $17/hour

 

SCHEDULE:  Variable   

 

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The purpose of the Client Services Representative is to serve as the contact for the Clients, family members; case managers, and funders to Mobile Meals. The Client Services Representative is responsible for all activities associated with the successful operation of the Client experience.   

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. 

 

  1. Process referrals from case managers and funders.

  2. Communicate client information verbally and in writing using appropriate forms to convey information about the client, including entry of client care plan and completion of client changes as needed. 

  3. Communicate with Case Manager's to ensure proper service.

  4. Assess the need of all client questions and/or calls. 

  5. Navigate and maintain ServTracker and Dashboard. 

  6. Provide assistants to other staff members with projects and assignments as needed.

  7. Ability to multi-task 

  8. Sort and distribute incoming faxes as needed, following appropriate policies and procedures.

  9. Represents Mobile Meals positively and professionally to the community.

  10. Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.

  11. Other duties as assigned.

     

Requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Excellent verbal communication skills.

  2. Proficient experience in Microsoft applications 

  3. Ability to speak succinctly and clearly.

  4. Ability to listen and follow directions.

  5. Must have ability to handle multiple tasks

  6. Reading and comprehension skills

  7. Provide own transportation, a valid Ohio driver's license and insurance as required to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Ohio.

  8. Must be able to demonstrate good judgment in handling and directing incoming calls, recognizing emergency situations and assessing caller needs.

  9. Demonstrate willingness to learn and understand the needs of our client population to appropriately respond to incoming visitors and calls.

  10. Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable.  

  11. Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal back ground check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation).  

     

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:

  1.   High school diploma or equivalency with previous receptionist experience preferred. 

  2.   Fluency in windows based computer skills.
