TEKsystems Customer Support Specialist in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Overview:

Work on a dynamic and growing team for an international company working to ensure that all customers are left satisfied and assisted. As a customer service representative you will work with your team, both domestically and internationally, to ensure all products are updated and information is correct in the companies system. You will have the opportunity to move into a team lead role as well as receive a family and friends employee discount to products.

Description:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries through omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system (these inquiries could be in the form of phone call, email, or chat).

  • Support and correspond with customers who have inquiries, questions or issues that need to be resolved.

  • Liaise with other departments within the company to help resolve customer issues/concerns.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of organization.

Skills:

  • Customer service

  • Microsoft office

  • Data entry

  • CRM/ ERP system

  • Ticketing system

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (retail or

  • Experience utilizing CRM and ERP systems preferred

  • Excellent communication both verbally and written.

  • Ability to manage difficult customer conversations and/or communications.
