Staffmark Inventory Control Clerk in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 1767132 Do you have at least six months of inventory management experience within a warehouse setting? Staffmark has partnered with a logistics company in Carlisle, PA, and is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Clerk to join our growing team. Pay: $17 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions: Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations Assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas Gathers, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations Assists in the development of projects as well as makes recommendations to appropriate personnel Ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures as well as compliance with contractual obligations

Requirements: 6+ months of related work experience, including forklift operator experience Detail-oriented, strong analytical and computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
