System Administrator

A large enterprise tax and accounting firm is looking to bring on a System Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. They are in the process of modernizing their servers and looking to decommission many servers that are not being used. There are over 700+ servers (Windows 2003, 2008, 2012R2, and 2016) and the plan is to upgrade some servers to Windows 2019/2022 for those that are being used and decommission those that are not being used. You will be brought on to this project to assist with the decommission and upgrades of their Windows servers. Any experience with VMware vSphere and PowerShell is a plus.

Contract Duration: 3-6 Month Contract, hybrid 2-3 days onsite in their North Dallas HQ. Desired Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in an IT System Admin/Engineering role

• Strong Windows Server work working with servers - 2003, 2008, 2012R2, and 2016.

• Prior experience with VMware vSphere, Exchange, PowerShell

• Any remote desktop support experience
