Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an SAP Data Analyst for a large client to be hybrid onsite in Dearborn, MI. This specific team is supporting 20-30 different product teams for a large SAP implementation with a focus on the testing of SAP S4/Hana. The ideal candidate will experience working in an SAP environment doing test cycles and will be guiding the team through test activities & test execution. Experience of executing and managing testing of large-scale ERP programs is crucial as this role will require reporting to leadership on data and testing cycles of the team. A breakdown of responsibilities includes:

• 30% of the time guiding the team to prepare for testing activities such as system integration testing, user acceptance testing and load and knowledge testing.

• 30% of the time will be dedicated to analyzing data and understanding the status and progress of each test cycles, providing daily reporting in Excel.

• 40% of the time will be spent towards planning for what is to come, going through documents and forecasting any predictable issues on the testing all while ensuring deadlines are being hit.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience working with an SAP environment

• Strong knowledge on various test cycles such as system integration tests, user acceptance tests, load tests, etc.

• Able to lead a team through test activities and utilizing technologies such as Rally, ALM

• Strong knowledge in Excel, able to write complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups and adhoc analysis

• Ability to be independent & strong communicator, comfortable presenting reports to leadership null
