Job Description:

Seeking a Resident Assistant to serve at Prairie Pines Community, our assisted living facility located in Fosston, Minnesota. This employee generally works a 12-hour day shift every week, as well as every third weekend. As a flex employee, your hours may be "flexed" upward or downward without notice, and your willingness to work as a flex employee will qualify you for full-time benefits! As a Resident Assistant, you will assist with selected routine and non technical aspects of nursing care during an assigned shift, under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Will assist with care of the older adult and geriatric population.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Certification as Nursing Assistant preferred.

• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
