The Customer Service Rep I position will be providing patient support for front-end processing and product support for one or more pharmacy programs. The Associate Customer Service Rep I plays a vital role in patient satisfaction by facilitating their access to pharmacy care. This is a potential Temp to Hire opportunity. Ideal candidates MUST live in the Louisville, KY area and able to work ONSITE for training and other meetings. Qualifications:

• Registered with KY Board of Pharmacy (must be a registered Pharmacy Tech)

• Previous call center experience preferred.

• Previous healthcare experience desired

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.

• Shift 11:30 am to 8 pm

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

work hours: 11:30 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

• Provide accurate information to the caller.

• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers

• Resolve the callers' needs.

• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.

• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
