In this role, you will serve as a design lead and team mentor for the user experience design of UW Credit Union\'s digital channels with an emphasis on usability, including interface design, information architecture, prototyping, and user testing. You will also serve as a technical lead for front-end web development in CSS & HTML, including the architecture of UI component libraries. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the UW Credit Union brand and collaborating extensively with stakeholders and engineers to design innovative and industry-leading experiences. Develop and communicate user experience technical requirements using high quality user experience (UX) deliverables, such as personas, prototypes, information architecture diagrams, mockups, and workflow diagrams.
