Insight Global is actively seeking a CADD Designer to join our clients team in New Castle or Dover, Delaware. If you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment and are passionate about water infrastructure design and construction, this opportunity is for you. As part of our growing team, youll work on multi-disciplinary projects, contributing to the development of engineering designs. Responsibilities:

 Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including alignments, profiles, and grading features, to create engineered construction plans and sheet setups.

 Prepare a variety of AutoCAD or Civil 3D plans, maps, and bills of materials.

 Collaborate closely with civil engineers and project leaders to develop high-quality engineering designs.

 Adhere to internal and client procedures and standards.

 Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Pay attention to detail and apply innovative problem-solving skills.

 Work effectively as part of a team, take direction, and interact positively with colleagues.

Skills and Requirements

Associate or Technical Degree in CADD, Survey, Construction, Engineering, or related fields.

 Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD.

 Ability to showcase projects youre proud of during the interview process. Experience with surface modeling is a plus. null
