Broadridge Financial Solutions Manager, Corporate Planning & Analytics (Hybrid) in New York, New York

Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for an energetic Manager to join the Corporate Planning & Analytics team. The individual will be responsible for providing an advanced level of analysis and insight into key business drivers and trajectory of the business. The individual will also play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting of company performance, as well as driving analytical projects/initiatives relevant across the organization. This role also includes defining and executing against strict deadlines. This is a highly visible role due to the analysis and reporting functions performed by the position, requiring a solid understanding of the business and value drivers along with strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

We are a high performing team, which meets in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement forward-looking financial models, key analytics, and ad hoc analyses to further support improved financial performance.

  • Proactively identifies and drives improvement opportunities for Finance organization and works closely with internal team and external clients to ensure improvement opportunities are implemented effectively and timely.

  • Accountable for the timely and accurate consolidation of operating budgets and forecasts that are typically highly complex and requires identifying and collecting relevant information from multiple organizations including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resources

  • Lead projects and initiatives that span across financial and business areas often with other Finance teams including Corporate Accounting, Business Unit FP&A teams, Sales and Investor Relations

  • Embrace and strengthen the BR culture of continuous learning and recognition.

Technical/Functional:

  • Excellent analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of P&L management

  • Solid understanding of Finance data flow and tools

  • Experience with management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting, preferably in the financial services industry; experience with firm wide consolidation is a plus.

  • Outstanding ability to communicate and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.

  • Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with meeting tight deadlines on critically meaningful work.

  • Proactive mindset and a relentless passion to win.

  • Highly collaborative individual who can influence/ collaborate with various internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment.

  • Self-starter who can work in a fast paced, quickly changing, and high pressure environment

  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and concisely, demonstrate high level of personal accountability, lead collaboratively, and apply critical thinking and sound judgment when faced with unstructured situations

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of applicable experience

  • Advanced level of proficiency in Excel and a high level of proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

  • Oracle or TM1 experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 100,000 110,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  • Annual Bonus: 10%
