R7 GROUP LLC Maintenance Tech/Leasing Agent in NORTH OGDEN, Utah

As a Full Time Maintenance Tech/Leasing Agent you'll work alongside our team to complete all daily maintenance tasks and help with sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web or in person. Maintenance duties include cleaning units, sweeping hallways, drilling out locks, lawn maintenance, pulling weeds, gutter cleaning, snow plowing and other general maintenance tasks. This is a full time position requiring between 30-40 hours a week Monday--Saturday. Starting pay is $18-$20/HR DOE.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (included but not limited to):

  • Daily reporting and completion of checklist items via group messaging platform.
  • Cleans unit(s) as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed. Cleans office and restrooms daily.
  • Performs general routine maintenance and minor repair work including Landscaping, Snow Removal, Re-Key/Drilling Out Locks, and other maintenance needs.
  • Assist with sales, marketing, occupancy, and delinquency management of the facility.
  • Assist in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law and approved by management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries.
  • Shows & rents units/parking stalls while actively selling supplies of moving and packing materials.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to):

  • Keep up & maintain the facilities cleanliness and curb appeal at all times.
  • Alert Management to non-maintenance concerns, such as service concerns raised from interactions with a resident.
  • Maintain a customer service approach at all times including maintaining professional relationships with residents/businesses in the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Contribute to and support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Included but not limited to):

  • One must complete a full background/criminal check and a drug screening prior to hire with good employment references.
  • Be willing and able to be on-call after hours/weekends for any facility emergencies.
  • 2 or more years of minor maintenance experience.
  • Experience working independently, prioritizing work tasks, and following through with the completion of the tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and have an acceptable driving record per facility driving policy.
