Position: Mechanical Inspector

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043

1st shift

Pay \$19-\$23/hr.

Specific Responsibilities

• Inspect parts to engineering specifications and blueprints (drawings)
• Submit parts of testing and form, fit and function
• Initiate accurate and detailed inspection rejection reports (IRRS)
• Ensure the product is properly packed and/or packaged to customer requirements for special plating inspection
• Assists other QA inspectors as directed by the supervisor
• Conduct training and enforce inspection standards
• Must be familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measurers.

Training Requirements:

• SPOC training
• AS9102 Inspection Forms
• PLM and NET Inspection (First Articles)
• Complete training in Quality Department or other Operational Procedures (OP\'S) and (WI\'s)
• Company Policy
• Quality Manual
• Building Evacuation Plan

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of basic computer experience
• Mechanical inspection experience
