Who areYouat MacLellan?

As the Facilities Maintenance Group Leader , you are a part of Best people , you lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians. You report to the our site Facilities Manager and work closely with our customer to identify maintenance opportunities for improving quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency and working within a team to ensure effective execution. You apply expertise in Industrial Facility Maintenance to perform all work safely while setting an example for quality. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class customer service reputation. Working as a business partner with our clients you are exceeding their expectations daily by implementing our Best Systems while you engage with our team to share your voice as we collectively identify and eliminate waste to deliver Best Results!

What are the skills necessary for success?

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to function well in a fast paced environment

Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry

What education and experience are needed for success?

5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience with 3 years of supervisory experience

High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated with standardized testing / or experience

Journeyman status, equivalent training, or certification in an engineering discipline

Ability to efficiently work with maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo

  Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

• After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.

• Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.

• Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

• Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

  Post-Employment Drug Testing:

• All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.

• Note: This form is not used to obtain consent and is for informational purposes only. Drug testing consent will be obtained per FCRA requirements in a separate process.
