This is a job for a DC Quality Auditor position with the company located in Southaven, MS area.

Job Summary: The Auditor is responsible for identifying and resolving all quality issues throughout the inbound/outbound departments. Communicate expectations and goals daily to team to meet PFSweb's performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities: Investigate root cause of quality issues. Report major quality issues to departmental Lead/Supervisor/Manager. Participate in ongoing quality audits. Promote quality accuracy. Maintain all QA documentation for future reference. All other duties assigned.

Qualifications: 6 months previous distribution experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to stand and bend long period of times. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to read, fill out and process receiving/shipping documents. Must have experience operating an RF gun. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
