PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Change Parts/Upgrades Project Management:
    • Create Sales Order and Project within SAP system.
    • Provide order confirmations and updates to the customer based on project schedule.
    • Liaise with the Service Account Manager, Purchasing, and any other IMA personnel linked to a specific CS project to ensure all aspects of the project are being managed in a timely and efficient manor per the customer's requirements.
    • Shipment of project materials and tools to job sites based on the requirements of the project.
    • Monitoring of project costs throughout the lifecycle of project to keep project on budget and achieve the project's goals.
    • Project close out and invoicing: Ensure that the final sell price has been calculated accurately and that all costs have been properly booked.
  2. Support / back up others within the service team during absence/vacation.
  3. Assist with incoming customer calls, log/responses, and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Other duties as deemed appropriate.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Strong organizational and project management abilities. 3. Attention to detail is very important. 4. Accurate data entry completed in a timely manner. 5. Ability to self-manage scheduling and coordinating workload based on project requirements. 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high level of organization. 7. Clear and effective communications skills. 8. Understanding of SAP and CRM System knowledge/experience a plus. 9. Must be able to work in our team environment. 10. Strong PC Skills. 11. Must be able to learn quickly. 12. Associates degree or 3 years of relevant experience in fast paced office.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: 1. Overtime as needed
