Stark Tech has a new opportunity for a Director of Sales- RNG in Tonawanda, NY! This position is responsible for providing leadership to the RNG sales team members with primary focus on account management sales process and development for existing and potential new Stark RNG clients. In This role develops and executes assigned sales strategies for the Stark RNG business unit as part of the overall sales team's initiatives.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree within Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of experience within a sales Leadership and management role required.
5-10 years RNG equipment and plant sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
