Stark Tech Group Project Manager in Tonawanda, New York

Stark Tech is actively looking for a Project Manager based in Tonawanda, NY! The chosen candidate will take on the crucial role of offering technical assistance to a diverse team throughout all stages of projects, from initial concept to finalization. Responsibilities encompass overseeing scope, expenses, timelines, internal resources, external contractors, contractual obligations, and the review of various technical documents and plans.

What we are looking for?

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of project management experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives required.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry required.

  • Sound understanding of Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.

  • Must have or be able to obtain 10- hour OSHA certification.

  • Occasional travel required. Must be able to travel to job sites 25-50% of the time.

  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of customers.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
