As a Software Tester based in Warsaw, you'll join a diverse community and work as a member of one of our cross-functional Agile teams responsible for the development of new products for Emerson's Reliability Solutions department. This role involves preparing scenarios and test cases, conducting functional and performance testing of software used for vibration analysis of equipment in industrial installations. The Software Tester will also prepare and maintain laboratory environments and test stations.

In this role you will

• Reviewing requirements, crafting test scenarios and strategies.

• Performing functional and performance testing.

• Preparing test cases suitable for automation.

• Setting up and maintaining the test execution environment.

• Analyzing identified defects and creating reports on test execution.

• Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals.

Who You Are:

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities. You anticipate the impact of new technologies and make vital adjustments.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 3+ years of experience as a software tester.

• Experience with web applications.

• Experience with API testing.

• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Polish (B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• ISTQB Foundation certification

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team

• Experience with a version control system (e.g. Git)

• Experience with VMware or similar virtualization technologies

• Proven understanding of computer networks
